This facility is offered to customers purchasing entry-level violin and viola outfits in the Prima and Stentor range, who don’t wish to collect from the shop. Items must be paid for (plus carriage cost) before dispatch. Delivery is by courier or post as appropriate. We regret that we are unable to send cellos.

The 10-day guarantee period starts on the expected date of delivery i.e. the next working day following dispatch of the goods. You then have between seven and nine days to return the goods if you are not completely satisfied.

If you decide to return the goods you MUST inform us first by phone or e-mail. For a full refund, all goods must be returned in in the same condition in which they were sent to you, in the original packaging, using the same method of carriage. The carriage cost of returning the goods will be covered by you. Any damage or deterioration will be charged for.

Insurance of the goods will be your responsibility once you have taken delivery and until we receive them back.
